A short About me
for a complete development
of your performance.

Athlete of all sports. But Beach Volleyball and Cycling are my main passions.
I decided to do my first university degree as a Nutritionist, then I did a Master's degree in Sports Physiology and I am currently doing my second master's degree in High Sports Performance.
I also work for the Argentinian Volleyball Federation (FeVA) as a instructor given I'm International Trainer for the FIVB


I like to see cultures and learn from them, especially how sports intervene in the development of people. My goals are to understand the human body in its entirety, from the physical to the mental, and return to the athletes the help they give us so much by letting us learn from them.

TRAINING normal doubts

What do I get with a TRAINING PLAN?

You will receive an appropriate and individualized plan for you, programmed depending on your needs in 2 or 3 weekly gym training sessions.

How do I receive my plan?

You will receive all the individual plans in the app, both the training you must do and all the upcoming ones. 

How do I know what to do in the training?

In each exercise you will see a note, and a video in which you can see the exercise performed by me. 

How do I download the App?

When you open the personal link that will be sent to you, you will see at the top or bottom (depending on whether it is Android or iOS respectively) to download the App directly to your mobile phone. It is also possible to print the plan, which is my recommendation so as not to be distracted by the phone while training.

How do I get support and monitoring of my improvement?

At the end of the exercise it is important to load weights and sensations from the exercise. This way both you and I can evaluate your progression through the feedback that you yourself provide.
We will have support through WhatsApp and scheduled video calls.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes, you can cancel whenever you want. The plan will be carried out the first days of each month, so you have until the 28th of each month to cancel and not make me work extra 😛

NUTRITION normal doubts

What do I get with a NUTRITION PLAN?

You will receive an appropriate and individualized plan for you, programmed depending on your goals. The plan will consist of a week’s menu where absolutely all possible variables are calculated, habits, macros and micronutrients, food timing according to your training, supplementation.

How do I receive my plan?

We will use the NUTRIUM application to have excellent monitoring. This application allows us to closely monitor, send push notifications, know what you should eat at what time, and be able to make modifications from both sides.

 

How do I get support and monitoring of my improvement?

We can use the same application to make modifications and give feedback, in any case it is always good to contact the professional. Through this service I offer the possibility of making two calls and modifying them later.

We will have support through WhatsApp and scheduled video calls.

How do I download the App?

Through your app repository, after downloading it, I will provide you with a username and password with which you can directly enter your plan, which will always be linked.

Can I cancel whenever I want?
